As a thirty something, I've accrued more career experience than can be professionally presented on a single page resume. And though I love to toot my own horn as much as the next millennial—which is to say, not at all—I certainly don't expect any recruiter to read through all the pages of my work history. So, I do what we all do: curate my resumes to fit whatever job I'm currently eyeing.
